1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays, you will be notified via email.

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Reshipping charges will apply.
- Refunds for shipping fees are not granted.
If your package shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our support email with:

- Photos of the packaging and products
- Description of the issue
We will replace or refund the affected items according to our Refund Policy.
